USA Wrestling Utah and Coach Geneva Gray are offering an Elite Girls High School Freestyle Practice once a week (every Monday) starting at the end of February through Fargo, the girls will have 19 practices to work with the best in the state. These practices will be application-only and will cost $125 if accepted. Practice will be held in Bluffdale, UT, at Crown BJJ. This practice is for those elite girls who plan to wrestle at Women’s Freestyle Nationals, Fargo, and Junior Duals. I will cap participants at 50 wrestlers. If you are interested, please fill out the application and include why you should be selected for this elite group. 

Practice will run similarly to the folkstyle practice that was offered this fall at UVU.  The practices were high-energy, and the girls offered some excellent feedback and results. Moving into the freestyle season, we will have a fun and similar atmosphere. 

I am looking for dedicated, hardworking, and inspired young women who want more mat time with the best in the state. I will select girls for this group based on their state placements, national rankings, national participation, off-season participation, coach’s recommendations, and other accomplishments.
