Here you will find the 2024/2025 USAW Utah Women's Wrestling Camp schedule and information.
2025 WOMEN'S USA UTAH INTENSIVE CAMP JUNE 5TH-JUNE 7TH
On June 5th-7th USA Utah will be hosting a technique and intensive camp. This camp will be Freestyle covering all areas of the mat with technique and will end each day with hard drills, lifting and conditioning. This camp is for all girls that want to improve and will be available to the first 65 wrestlers that register. Each day, lunch will be provided. You MUST have an updated USAW membership to attend this camp. Information on how to purchase your membership can be found here .

2025 USAW WOMEN'S Fargo Camp: July 3rd-5th
This camp is a training camp for all those attending the Nationals in July. We welcome others that would like to participate and workout with the best in Utah. During this camp we will be working strictly on Freestyle wrestling. There will be absolutely no Folkstyle wrestled. This camp is not meant to get the wrestlers in shape. It’s meant to fine tune their skills and prepare for nationals. So, make sure that you’re in shape and ready for camp.
The camp this year will be held at Murray High School. We will not have kids stay the night at camp, so you will need to commute to camp each day. You can get a hotel or stay at someone’s house if you want, but that’s up to you. We will provide lunch at camp. Down below you can find the schedule and registration for camp.

2024 Women's Basics and Fundamentals Camp: August 9th and 10th
CALLING ALL LADIES!! Our USA Wrestling Utah Women's Preseason beginners and fundamentals camp will be August 9th and 10th. This camp is for younger or new wrestlers looking to get involved this upcoming season. We want to encourage all girls from Utah and out of state to participate. We will cover stance, movement, good positioning, wrestling rules, games to help our wrestling, and much more.
Camper Cost is as follow :
The cap for this camp will be the 75 participants. So register early and don't miss out.

Adeline Gray Wrestling Clinic
Location: Hillcrest High School, Midvale, UT

Get ready to be inspired! Wrestling legend Adeline Gray is coming to Utah to host a highly anticipated wrestling clinic on October 10th from 5pm-8pm at Hillcrest High School.
Whether you're a seasoned wrestler or just starting out, this clinic is an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Adeline Gray's expertise and passion for the sport are sure to leave a lasting impression on all participants.
Open to both girls and boys, the clinic is a fantastic way to improve your technique, build confidence, and gain valuable insights from a true champion. To participate, you must have a USA Wrestling membership. This camp will be capped at 125 wrestlers, so do not wait to get registered!
Coaching Clinic for Girl's Wrestling Coaches
All coaches of girl's wrestling are invited to come sharpen and learn skills to help your female athletes succeed on and off the mat. Geneva Gray will be hosting a coaching clinic centered around female wrestlers. We will have demonstrations, try it yourself, presentation (power point), lunch, and a section for Q&A. I want for coaches to know how they can better help their athletes, feel supported by me and USA Wrestling Utah, and work together to make Utah Wrestling stronger!
For teachers, this can also count towards your continuing education! Certificates will be given at the end of the clinic.
Lunch will be provided. Bring work out attire, wrestling shoes, and something to take notes. This Clinic will be held at Northridge High School on October 19th from 10am to 3pm.

2024 Girl's Season Prep Camp
Don't go into high school season unprepared. Use this week to get ready for wrestling season. Coach Geneva Gray will be going over Folkstyle Fundamentals to help you be ready for this year. Season is coming up fast, this is a great way to start your season off right. Build the foundations for a great year of wrestling!

2024 Girls Christmas Clash Clinic
Location: Zions Bank RSL Academy, Herriman, UT
Date: December 26, 2024
Cost: $59
This camp is for girl wrestlers 3rd grade and up. Bring your own lunch.
Schedule:

We will host this camp at venue for Christmas Clash Duals the day before the event. The camp will be the day of weigh ins and you can weigh in at the camp (before, after, or at lunch). This camp is open to all girls 3rd grade and up and will be done by 3:30 pm. Athletes will need to bring their own lunch.
