USA Wrestling Utah is offering Free Girls Only practices open to all girls looking to join wrestling, work with other girls, and have instruction from women's director and national team coach Geneva Gray and other top level coaches. 

These practices are for all girls 3rd grade and up. We currently have a range of girls from youth to high school with all levels of experience. Don't shy away if you are new to wrestling and know that if you have experience this practice will help your fundamental blocks and help you get better. We will focus on good position, technique, and finding the fun and love of wrestling.

During the spring season we will be working on Freestyle wrestling only and will not be doing Folkstyle.  We focus on basics, good position, good habits, tumbling, and making wrestling fun. 

Practices are on Tuesday nights 6pm at Murray high school. The only requirement for participation is a USA Wrestling membership (Full-athlete membership) which can be purchased at this link: http://wwww.usawrestlingmembership.com/
