May 11th-13th USA Wrestling West Regionals @ RSL Training Academy- Herriman, Utah

We are excited about this spring Freestyle & Greco Roman season and want to announce our travel schedule for practices for Southern Utah that we will be running this season. This spring we will have practices ran at a few different locations on Tuesday evenings throughout the season but USA Wrestling Utah Men's Director Dwayne Henry.

This is the best time of year for our wrestlers to get some training and some competitions under their belts to build on for Freestyle & Greco State, West Regional Championships, National Duals, Western States and Fargo. Practices are free of charge to any wrestlers (Boy or Girl) that have a current USA Wrestling Card and want the chance to build and develop skills in the Olympic styles that are in 4th-12th grades.

- Criteria: 4th-9th graders that placed at 1A-4A Jr high state and or Super State placer then all high school athletes are allowed.
