Utah as a state will be sending an Elementary & Jr. High Team to the Heartland National Duals in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Elementary Team:

To participate in this dual after your wrestler earns a spot on this team there is a $50 fee. This fee helps cover a portion of the team fee and for the Team Director/Coach (Dwayne Henry) to attend. All other costs are on the wrestler. Parents/wrestlers will need to book their own flights.  

Middle School Team:

Coach Henry booked through Delta Airlines.  If you want to book the same flight, you are more than welcome, but you don't have to. If you book another flight, make sure you fly into Omaha, Nebraska. The airport is about 15-20 min away from the venue in Council Bluffs, Iowa. 

March 28th Thursday- Weigh-ins from 4:00pm to 8:30 pm at main arena.  More info will be sent to team leaders prior to the event.
Teams do not have to weigh in together.

March 29th Friday- Doors open at 6:30am and wrestling begins at 8:00am - 5:30pm approximate.
(We will wrestle in pools to determine the bracketing for Sunday)

March 30th Saturday- Doors open at 6:30am and wrestling begins at 8:00am - 2:30pm approximate.
(Championship brackets will be wrestled to completion) We are usually done with awards and all brackets by 3:00pm.  The airport is 15 mins from venue.  Plan accordingly.
