Overview for National Team Practices

National Team Practices are for 14U, 16U & Junior. These practices are meant for advanced wrestlers that are training for National Duals, Nationals Championships Events and World Team Trials. If you are a beginner-level or first-year wrestler, these practices do not cater to those athletes. NT Practices will be hard with technique, hard drilling, live wrestling and conditioning.

We will only allow 14U through Junior aged kids for now, (unless invited) just to see how the numbers are. If we have low numbers, then we will open it up to more younger kids.

Down below you can find the qualifications for practice. If you do not meet the qualifications, please do not come to practice unless you are invited.

QUALIFICATIONS - you have to meet at least one of the following.

  1.  Freestyle and Greco State Placer (2023)
  2. Top 4 at Youth Super State (2024)
  3. High School State Placer (2024)
  4. Invited By National Team Coaches/Director
