We are starting off the 2A Team Previews with returning state champs, Altamont. They are a very strong team this year, quite possibly better than last year! They are still a young team as well with only 4 seniors in this line up in Webb, Foy, Phillips and McGhee. They are loaded with talent from top to bottom and will be tough to beat in the 2A. They do have a few question marks that if they don't get figured out could hurt them in tight duals and come state. Biggest question mark is at 106....who will be there? The other big one comes at 220, can Thacker get down to 220 or will they have a hole there as well?

We have Foy penciled in at 170 due to the fact that they are log jammed from 138-160 so someone will have to move up to 170 or between Sheets, Thompson, Murdock and Foy someone will be JV. We figure Foy would bump up for in state smaller events at least. The Longhorns added Cameron Dickson at 126 as well and he will help solidify the line up. The Longhorns are here to stay and the scary part is next year they may even be better than this year!
