South Summit ended up 6th place in 2018 at the High School State tournament. They have three returning state placers and have seven returning state Qualifiers. South Summit has a lot of potential to get more state placers with so many qualifiers coming back. They do have some holes at 106, 182 and 285 that they will need to fill if they want to make a run at a top 3 finish. They have talented freshman Taigon Bushell coming in which will help. 

Can South Summit compete for a top 3 finish an the State tournament this year? For them to do that, they will have to turn state qualifiers into state placers and get their holes filled in.
