Jaron Jensen has been named wrestleutah.com "Athlete of the Week" for June 23rd, 2016.

Jaron wrestles for Herriman High School, and has accomplished many things this past year. After winning his second state title,  Jaron went on to place 5th at NHSCA Senior Nationals in Virginia Beach. He then won both Greco and Freestyle state and was awarded the Outstanding Wrestler Award for the tournament.  Jaron was also a UWW Junior Nationals World Team Finalist recently in Las Vegas.  He just graduated from Herriman High School last month, and is now preparing to go to University of Wyoming soon to start his college wrestling career.
