Jordan Marshall has been named wrestleutah.com "Athlete of the Week" for November 8th, 2015.

Jordan Marshall is currently a wrestler at Copper Hills High School in West Jordan and this is his Senior year.  Jordan has been wrestling for over eight years now and has a tremendous amount of dedication, heart and love for this sport.  He started wrestling with his uncle years ago and has never looked back as wrestling has literally been his life.  

Jordan's Freshman year of school he was wrestling the lowest weight at 106, weighing only 90 lbs.  He was wrestling kids much bigger than him and was able to wrestle in a varsity tournament and did so well that he lettered.  Jordan's Sophomore year he was 106 lbs., Junior year 113 lbs., and this year he is wrestling 120 lbs.  Among Jordan's many accomplishments, he is a two time state qualifier and a one time state placer taking 4th in 2015 UHSAA 4A &5A Utah State Championships.   He has been going to camps and tournaments during each off season and has recently placed 1st in the Utah Summer Games as well as the West Regional Preseason Open.  Jordan is grateful for his coaches that have helped him to get to the level he Is at today, and his family for always supporting him and being there.  He is looking forward to his Senior year and what it will bring.  Jordan is  4.0 student, and he plans to continue wrestling into college.
