Austin Bush has been named wrestleutah.com "Athlete of the Week" for October 5th, 2015.

Austin Bush is the current North State Folkstyle Champion.  He has taken second in freestyle and Greco State. Fourth in freestyle at Western Regionals and fifth in folkstyle at Western Regionals this year.

 Austin has wrestled for five years. Austin also maintains a 3.8 G.P.A.  He dreams of becoming a Firefighter, and is “shooting” to attend U.V.U who has the state’s best fire academy. With aspirations of becoming a New York Fireman.

Many people may not know this but Austin has birth defect called epidermolysis bullosa, that causes his skin to blister much, much easier and deeper than normal skin. On his body anywhere there is friction. This is why so many times you see him bandaged from head to toe.  Austin is an inspiration to many, an great example of perseverance and dedication.
