Travis Swallow was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho where he lived until he moved to Utah to begin his education at Brigham Young University. He is a recent BYU graduate earning a degree in Recreation Management with an emphasis in Experience Industry Management.

Throughout his college career, Travis gained significant experience with event planning as he worked with the student association and BYU Athletics. He served as the Student Body Vice President of Activities at BYU, which provided him with many unique opportunities for growth. He also worked for BYU Athletics in their Marketing Department where he worked on marketing, sponsorship fulfillments, and game-day coordination as well as special events.

Travis is excited for his position with USA Wrestling Utah because it gives him the opportunity to combine his two main interests – sports and event planning. He looks forward to getting know many of you as he works with you and sees you at different tournaments and events.
