Spring is in the air, and it's once again time for the always exciting Utah Freestyle and Greco State Championships. This is the 2nd and 3rd leg of the Utah Triple Crown. All those that won the Super State Championships (for youth) or the UHSAA State Tournament (for High School) have the opportunity to win all three state tournaments (folkstyle, freestyle, greco) and win the Utah Triple Crown! So don't miss out on some very exciting wrestling.

Both Greco and Freestyle State, will take place at the Legacy Center in Farmington. The Greco State tournament is Friday April 24th and the Freestyle State tournament will take place on Saturday the 25th. A complete tournament schedule is available on the attached tournament flier.

Weigh ins will be onsite only. You must weigh in Friday if you plan to participate in the Greco tournament, and Saturday if you plan to participate in the Freestyle tournament only. If you weigh in Friday, you will not need to weigh in on Saturday. Weigh in information is posted on the attached tournament flier.

The Fairfield Inn in Layton has offered USA Wrestling Utah a very generous tournament room rate of $79 per night. Please make your reservations ASAP, as rooms are limited. Hotel contact information is on the attached hotel flier.

We have also made staggered start times so make sure to check on your start time so you do not miss your matches. Many national team spots will be on the line on the 24th and 25th so make sure to register quickly and secure your national team spot!!
