Rylee Foy has been named wrestleutah.com " High School Athlete of the Week" for January 14th 2015.
Each week, wrestleutah.com will select two "Athletes of the Week." One for the PreK-9th grade age groups, and one for the high school and above age group which will include high school , college, coaches and teams. The selection committee will consider and choose from nominees based upon performance within wrestling that week.
Rylee attends Altamont High School where he is a senior. He loves to work. Very seldom will you catch him in the house watching TV. If something needs done or fixed Rylee is the one that gets the call.
He is a 3 X state champion working to follow in the footsteps of his 2 older brothers Bryson and Kyle, and becoming a Utah 4 X state champion. He is currently 33-2 with 32 pins. He loves to wrestle and has put in a lot of extra time last spring and summer to become one of The Beehive top 25. Rylee is also a member of the Longhorn football team where he was a 2X all state linebacker.
After graduation Rylee will serve an LDS mission, upon return he hopes to wrestle in college and become a paramedic/firefighter.
