Four-time Utah State Champion Raider Lofthouse from Mountain Crest High School will wrestle for Greg Williams and the Utah Valley Wolverines next season. To go along with his 4 state titles Raider completed his prep career with a 152-24 overall record and 4 region titles and was a double Cadet Fargo All-American and a NHSCA All-American. 

Raider recently returned from a 2 year LDS mission where he served in the Bacolod, Phiippines mission from November of 2011 through November of 2013. After returning from his mission he joined his brother Ethan Lofthouse and Uncle Luke Lofthouse  training in Iowa City with the Hawkeye Wrestling Club. 

Raider is projected to wrestle 157lbs for the Wolverines and was recruited by Boise State, Oregon State, Northern Iowa and the University of Iowa before choosing to become a Wolverine. According to Lofthouse,  he chose to become a Wolverine for the opportunity to continue helping build the program in his home state and to have the chance to wrestle in front of family and friends while being coached by some great coaches.
