USA Wrestling Utah, a non-profit dedicated to advancing amateur wrestling in Utah, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Utah Women's Director. We are offering two exciting opportunities: a full-time position overseeing our Girls National Teams and being part of our event staff, and a part-time position focused solely on the National Teams. 

Full-Time Utah Women's Director

Overview

• Status: Full-Time (primary employment)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible for tournaments, practices, and events; 40 hours/week expected)

• Location: Orem, Utah

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (TBD)

• Start Date: To be determined

Responsibilities

• Girls National Teams:

  • Coordinate and coach Utah Girls National Teams (youth and high school).

  • Organize team events, including travel and logistics.

  • Lead weekly practices and develop training programs.

  • Plan and execute wrestling camps and clinics as needed.

  • Drive growth of girls' membership and National Team participation.

• Events Staff:

  • Collaborate with the Events Department to organize and execute USA Wrestling Utah events.

  • Contribute to event planning, promotion, and operations to enhance event quality and reach.

• General:

  • Maintain exceptional customer service, promptly responding to calls, emails, and texts.

  • Ensure high organizational standards and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Patience and a passion for working with youth athletes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in wrestling (coaching, administration, or participation) preferred but not required.

Part-Time Utah Women's Director (National Teams Coordinator)

Overview

• Status: Part-Time

• Schedule: Flexible, based on National Team duties (practices, tournaments, camps)

• Location: Orem, Utah

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (TBD)

• Start Date: To be determined

Responsibilities
