We are really excited for our 2024 Girls Heartland Duals Team!

These young ladies have worked hard and will be representing Utah Girls out in Council Bluffs, IA at Heartland Duals.

This event will consist of 1 full day of wrestling pool play where you wrestle everyone in your pool. Based on how well you do they will separate teams into different brackets for day 2. Top 8 teams in Gold, next 8 in silver, next 8 in Bronze, and it continues on until all teams have a new placing bracket. They will wrestle a lot of matches where the undefeated wrestlers will be awarded All American Honors.
