Coach Candace Triggas (Workman) a coach in Vernal, UT has earned the honor to represent the United States and Utah in Panama as a coach at the U15 Pan American Championships. This is a huge honor for a coach from our Utah family to be out there representing our nation on such an elite level. She has now represented the United States as an athlete and a coach, both with outstanding grace, class, and results!
On day 1 of competition the US U15 Pan American team had 5 golds in the first 5 weights and day 2 kept that momentum ending with 5 more medals, 4 gold and 1 bronze. All 10 weight classes medaled and the US walked away with the team title and 9 GOLD Medals!

These young women represented the United States well and had great leadership with our Coach Candace and World Silver medalist Mallory Velte. We may be biased but I believe the USA had the best women's wrestling coaching staff there.
