Millard

Millard High School's wrestling program has a rich history dating back several decades, and it's a testament to the school's commitment to athletic excellence. With a tradition of hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship, the Millard High School Wrestling team has established itself as a powerhouse in the world of high school wrestling.

For many years, the face of the Millard High School Wrestling program was Coach Blake Turner. Coach Turner dedicated his life to the sport and was instrumental in building the team's reputation. He instilled a culture of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that continues to define the program. Under his guidance, the team achieved numerous championships, and many of his students went on to achieve success at the college and even national levels.

In 2020, a significant transition took place as Coach Blake Turner retired, leaving behind an impressive legacy. The reins of the Millard High School Wrestling team were passed on to his son, Coach Brenden Turner. This transition was more than just a changing of the guard; it was a continuation of the wrestling dynasty built by Coach Blake Turner.

Coach Brenden Turner is a proud successor to his father, and he is determined to uphold the tradition of excellence that Millard High School Wrestling is known for. With deep respect for the values and principles instilled by his father, he has seamlessly transitioned into his role as the head coach. He brings a fresh perspective and new strategies, all while respecting the core tenets of hard work and sportsmanship.

The Millard High School Wrestling team continues to be a force to be reckoned with, not just because of their past achievements but also because of their commitment to the future. Under Coach Brenden Turner's leadership, the team is striving for new heights, aiming for further victories, and nurturing the next generation of wrestlers.

As Millard High School Wrestling looks to the future, they carry the legacy of Coach Blake Turner with pride and determination, while embracing the innovative approaches of Coach Brenden Turner. The tradition of excellence remains intact, and the team's future looks as promising as ever.
