MOUNTAIN CREST
Mountain Crest has a long and strong history of tradition from the Davie Swensen era and Coach Jay Tovey coming from Roseburg, Oregon where he was a part of an amazing tradition there understands these things and takes extreme pride in upholding what Coach Swenson built. With an outstanding, team, staff and community the Mustangs have still preformed very well under Coach Tovey earning 2 State Titles and a Runner-Up season his first season at MC.
Currently the Mustangs sit in 1st place in the UHSAA Pairing Points but are trailed by Bear River by only 11 points. Some other MAJOR details of 4A is the fact that with the current realignment we now have some great additions to 4A (Uintah & Payson) to possibly make this debatably the toughest class in all of Utah.
15 Returning State Placers, 2 Runner-Ups & 3 Returning State Champions.
Can Lofthouse, Thalman & Rollins help lead their team to another Team Championship Title?
Will this be a team that we will see at the top come February?
