Uintah makes a big move from 5A back down to 4A and currently sits as an underdog in the current division pairings to both Mountain Crest and Bear River. We all know that we would be pretty simple to think that Uintah won’t come out swinging to mark their territory in this new classification but they definitely have some ground to gain and if there is a team to do it Uintah is one of them. 

The Utes have a strong history of tradition and success and when they compete it seems like they take extreme pride in that fact and do not want to see it falter. A returning crew of 2X State Champion Michael Alexander, 3 Returning Runner ups in Hacking, Rhoades and Hartle to lead this team along with a number of other state placers, qualifiers and others in this line-up that are looking to make their mark in history for the Utes. The addition to the line-up of some pretty talented freshmen like Peyton Hogan and Ethan Sharp will definitely help as well.

Uintah has won the last 3 Team State Titles in a row and are not planning to stop there. 

Is this a team that can finish at the top come February? 

Will this be the most interesting and exciting team race out of all of 1A-6A?
