The Fremont girls wrestling team is looking to build on its success from last year, when they finished 7th in the state. The team is led by a strong group of returners, including:

- Kenzlee Scoffield (105 lbs.): Scoffield is a junior who is a returning state qualifier.
- Jacee Ross (105 lbs.): Ross is a senior who is a two-time state qualifier.
- Miley Kranendonk (110 lbs.): Kranendonk is a junior who is a returning state qualifier.
- Paedyn Knight (120 lbs.): Knight is a senior who is a three-time state qualifier and a 4th-place finisher in 2022.

- Brooke Deeter (120 lbs.): Deeter is a who is a returning super state champion and a Team Utah member. She is a dominant wrestler who is difficult to beat.
- Lacie Rice (125 lbs.): Rice is a junior who is a returning state qualifier. She is a tough and aggressive wrestler who is not afraid to mix it up.
- Kaitlyn Worthley (130 lbs.): Worthley is a senior who is a returning state qualifier. She is a quick and technical wrestler who is always looking to score points.
- Emma Bohn (135 lbs.): Bohn is a sophomore who is a returning state qualifier. She is a tough and aggressive wrestler who is not afraid to mix it up.
