2023 Girl's Team Preview- 4A Ridgeline

Ridgeline Girl's Wrestling Team Preview

The Ridgeline girls wrestling team is looking to build on its success from last year, when they finished 5th in the state in the 4A classification. The team is led by a strong group of returners, including:

  • Keagan Grange (105 lbs.): The defending state champion, Grange is a nationally ranked wrestler. 
  • Kinley Seale (110 lbs.): Seale is a two-time state qualifier and a 2023 16U Freestyle State runner-up. 
  • Taya Crookston (120 lbs.): Crookston is a rising star in the sport. She is a 2023 16U Freestyle State champion and a Fargo participant. 
  • Kortnee Selin (125 lbs.): Selin is a two-time state placer and a 2023 HS State runner-up. 
  • Breanne Lundahl (135 lbs.): Lundahl is a two-time state placer and a 2023 HS State third-place finisher. 

The Ridgeline girls wrestling team is under the direction of Coach Melanie Monteirth. Monteirth is a former college and national team wrestlers. As a coach she is a wealth of experience. She is known for her positive attitude and her ability to get the best out of her wrestlers.

The Ridgeline girls wrestling team is a young and talented team that is poised for a successful season. The team has a strong group of returners and a number of talented newcomers. With Coach Monteirth leading the way, the Ridgeline girls wrestling team is a team to watch in 2023.
