Fundraising Options for Fargo

Raise money to help pay for Fargo Nationals

Fargo Nationals costs can be daunting, but there are options for athletes, parents, and families to help offset some of those expenses. USA Wrestling Utah offers a few: paying about $15/hour for high schoolers and adults. 

Freestyle and Greco State (April 21-22, 2023)

- Table Help (all day running Trackwrestling on the computers)

- Security (must be able to be there all day, usually cannot compete)

- Set up event (April 20th) must be able to move mats

- Tear down event (April 22) must be able to move mats

West Regionals (May 11-13)

- Table Help (all day running Trackwrestling on the computers)

- Security (must be able to be there all day, usually cannot compete)

- Set up event (May 10th) must be able to move mats

- Tear down event (May 13th) must be able to move mats

Turf Wars /Western States/Kids Nationals (June 18-27th)

- Table Help (all day running Trackwrestling on the computers)

- Security (must be able to be there all day, usually cannot compete)

- Set up event (must be able to move mats)

- Tear down event (must be able to move mats)

Some other ideas to help offset costs of Fargo on your own:

  • Private lessons for youth or new athletes
  • Traditional selling of cookie dough, candy, shirts, etc...
  • Hide Easter eggs for families (buy candy and plastic eggs, charge per egg)
  • Get creative and be willing to work to help with the costs
