USA Wrestling Utah is a non-profit organization that manages amateur wrestling in the state of Utah. We are looking for someone that is driven and detailed oriented that can help USA Wrestling Utah continue to grow in all departments.

Job Status: Full Time (must be primary)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm (Saturdays are required during tournament season which is about half of all weekends where Monday will be your day off instead of Saturday)

Location: Orem, Utah

Pay: This position will have a base salary with benefits. Salary is negotiable.

Start date: April 1, 2023 (start date is flexible)

Job Description

The Operations Manager for USA Wrestling Utah will oversee operations leading up to and at events (tournaments, camps and clinics).  This position requires great organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. You must be able to meet deadlines and communicate with employees and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Specific duties for this position include but not limited to:

• Setting up and taking down tournaments (must be able to move around and set up mats for each event)
• Getting items donated for our annual auction
• Ordering awards
• Moving trailers around the state and caring for all the USA Utah equipment
• Learning and running trackwrestling.com for tournaments
• Learning and running Trackcast for all events
• Take assignments as directed by Executive Director to support other full-time employees when needed
• Work Saturdays during tournament season.
• Be organized and pay attention to detail
• Customer service must be a priority and must answer calls, emails and texts in a reasonable time
