Syracuse is one of those teams that is year in and year out a solid threat. They finish within the top 5 of the 6A Classification, year in and year out. They have a huge feeder program and develop kids once they get into high school. The question is not if they will put a trophy from the State tournament in their school, the question is when. Is that this season? They return 1.5 points less than Layton, so this might be it. Kids will have to step up, and coaches will need to get the most out of the Titans in February, but it is possible.

Two Freshman at 106 could make a huge difference in the way that Syracuse performs during the year and finishes the season at UVU in February. Easton Gines and Porter Carlson will likely compete at 106 and will be the difference in close duals in their region if one or more of these can place at State, the Titans might contend in February.
