Last week, four young ladies from Utah, joined wrestlers from across the country in Beresford, South Dakota to wrestle in the biggest tournament of this summer, The Midwest Ironman Duals.  The Girls Freestyle Duals tournament consisted of 5 pool duals and the placement matches that pitted the placers from each pool with their counterpart in the other. 

Utah was represented by Sage Mortimer on USA Black and Alyssa Pace, Brooklyn Pace, and Elleni Johnson wrestling for the USA Gold Team.  Both teams won tier pools and met in the final where USA Black and Sage Mortimer prevailed for the win.  Not only did the Utahns help their teams, but they also represented themselves well throughout the tournament.
