Our newest ranking is the High School prospect list which will list our top 20 future high school prospects. To be on this list you must be going into 7th or 8th grade. These wrestlers are the wrestlers we feel are the top prospects to watch going into high school, they may not be the ones that will make the biggest impact as a freshman but the ones that will be your top wrestlers in the state as Juniors and Seniors. There are a lot of wrestlers that could be on the list but we narrowed it down to the top 20, we hope all will enjoy and be able to celebrate the recognition of these great athletes.

Note: this list is in alphabetical order by last name.

Michael Alexander

Grade: 8th

School: Uintah

Projected Weight Class: 120/126

Micheal will be coming into high school as one of our top Junior High wrestlers. His aggressive non stop style will transition well to the high school level and will wear down the older stronger wrestlers. Even though he will be coming in at a higher weight we expect success right away. Michael is a 3x Youth Super State Champion and continues to improve each year.....he is definitely one to keep your eye on in the years to come and don't be surprised to see him make a big splash even beyond high school.

Lander Bosh

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Mountain Ridge

Projected Weight Class: 106

Lander is one of the toughest and meanest wrestler I know. He's not scared to bring the fight to his opponent. He's also one of the hardest wrestlers meaning that he's never out of a match, no matter the score and that's what makes him a threat. Lander proved to be the top of his weight class after winning his first Super State Title.

Teague Brown

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Syracuse

Projected Weight Class: 106

Teague will be coming into high school with lots of success at the state and national level. He has a wide variety of skills that has helped him become a 3x Super State Champion, 5x Freestyle and Greco State Champion and multiple time National All-American. Teague will look to continue his success at the high school level.

Noah Bull

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Undecided

Projected Weight Class: 106

Noah moved to Utah from Wyoming this past year and has made his name known in the state.  With his hard work and dedication, I believe he will be one to watch in High School and will make a name for himself. Noah was a Wyoming Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco State Champion and placed 2nd at this years Youth Super State.

Mason Carlson

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Syracuse

Projected Weight Class: 106

Mason is definitely one to look out for in a couple years. He has a very technical style that has helped his succeed the past couple years. He will be a great asset to the Syracuse Titans. Mason is a Super State Champion and will look to continue his success at the next level.

Ty Carman

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Herriman

Projected Weight Class: 138

Ty will be coming into high school at a projected 138 lbs as a Freshman. Looking at his older brother Talmage, we expect him to follow in his footsteps to be one of the top wrestlers in the State by his senior year. He's a technical wrestler with lots of strength that will help him with the older wrestlers. Ty is a 2x Super State Champion and has improved every year. He is definitely someone to watch when he gets into high school.

Korbin Chuchran

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Westlake

Projected Weight Class: 106

Korbin wrestles all year round and with his work ethic you can bet that he will be one of Utah's top wrestlers in High School. His top wrestling will help him make a smooth transition to the next level and help with securing a lot of pins throughout his career. Korbin has been one of the top kids in his weight class placing top 3 at Super State multiple times.

Cody Dyches

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Manti

Projected Weight Class: 106

Cody will be going into high school with lots of experience from state level and a national level. He has great technique and mat awareness, but the only struggle he's had is his size. If he's big enough, we expect great things from him at Manti. Cody has been one of the top kids at super state every year and continues to improve and develop every year making him a great threat when he gets to high school.

Parker Garcia

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Mountain Ridge

Projected Weight Class: 106/113

Parker has an unorthodox style that I think will help him succeed in the high school ranks. Unlike his brother Kyison, parkers strength is his ability to score from scrambles and the way he puts himself in positions where others are uncomfortable. Parker is a 2x Super State Champion and will look to follow in his brothers footsteps and make an impact his freshman year.

Dillon Ivie

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Altamont

Projected Weight Class: 106

Dillon is one of the strongest and most aggressive wrestlers for his age. He has dominated his way through the state of Utah and into other states as well. His aggressive and funky scrambles will transition very well on the high school scene. Dillon is a 5x Youth Super State Champion and will look to continue his success at the next level and expect him to make a statement his freshman year.

He has wrestled a long time and his mat awareness is one of the best. Tege is a 3x Super State champion that will be a big asset to his team. American Fork is getting a good one that will make an impact right away.

Layne Kleimann

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Mountain Ridge

Projected Weight Class: 106

Layne has a very technical and explosive style that will transition very well into high school. He has been one of the top kids in the state for a long time and we expect him to continue that success starting his freshman year. He's a 6x Super State Champion, Greco National Champ and Freestyle All-American. He's one to watch for sure and don't be surprised to see him succeed after his high school days.

Ben Kohler

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Wasatch

Projected Weight Class: 113/120

Ben has dramatically improved over the last year making him top of his weight class. He won his first Youth Super State tournament after not placing the year before, which shows how much he can improve in just a year.  Going into Wasatch with the coaches they have, I believe he will have success.

Drew Korth

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Morgan

Projected Weight Class: 106/113

We project that drew will follow in his brothers footsteps and become one of Morgans future stars. Drew has been top of his weight class 3 times at Super State, but what makes him dangerous is his freestyle and greco skills where he has won state 5 times and is a Greco Nationals All-American. We expect him to make a big impact right away his freshman year.

Porter Olson

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Spanish Fork

Projected Weight Class: 106/113

Porter will be a big threat going into high school. With his length and ability to score lots of points from the top position, he'll be a pain for a lot of wrestlers. Porter is a 2x Super State Champion and with his success and dedication, we believe that he will be a big asset to the Spanish Fork team. He's one to look for in the next couple years.

Austin Paris

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Grand County

Projected Weight Class: 106

Austin is one of the most dominate and most fun wrestlers to watch with his funky and very unique style. You can never count him out of a match, he always has a trick up his sleeve and almost always comes out on top. He has dominated the youth scene making his name heard around the country. We expect him to continue his success and immediately make an impact his freshman year.  Austin is a 4x Youth Super State Champion and Folkstyle Nationals All-American.

Karson Shelley

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Spanish Fork

Projected Weight Class: 106

Karson Shelley will be looking to come into high school with a wide variety of skills. He's technical, fast, strong and has very good mat awareness. The only thing that might hold him back a little bit will be his size. He is a 3x Super State Champion and a Freestyle and Greco National Champion. If he's big enough, we expect great things from him in high school.

Kael Theobald

Grade: 7th

Projected High School: Payson

Projected Weight Class: 106

Kael is definitely one to look out for in a couple years. He has lots of potential to grow and be very successful in high school. He will look to add his technical skills and hard work ethic to a team that has high expectations. Kael has been in the top of his weight class multiple times at Super State and has improved every year.

Jason Worthley

Grade: 8th

Projected High School: Fremont
