1A Analysis:  No results would have changed in placing but definitely Panguitch would have crushed the field even more if the Score All method of scoring wrestlers was used.  It might be surprising but Panguitch and Rich were the only teams that had JV or second string wrestlers place in the tournament and Panguitch, Rich and Piute were the only three schools that had JV wrestlers even win matches.  But it was all Panguitch with that. Milford ended up with the most state champions with four, but Panguitch with 16 placers had the most state placers of any team regardless of classification. Duchesne had 15 in 2A and Mountain Crest had Payson 14 respectively in 4A and 5A.  Keep in mind the 1A just medals four wrestlers. Also, Wayne and Milford had every wrestler they brought to the state tournament place, eight in Wayne’s case and six in Milford’s.
