Jason Stephens has been named wrestleutah.com "Athlete of the Week" for the week of  February 26th, 2017.

Jason is a 4th grader at Kanesville elementary he wrestled for Fremont wrestling club since kindergarten and really loves wrestling. Jason is a very shy kid and wrestling has done wonders for him he has really opened up because of it! He loves being coached by coach Shane Denton and all the other great coaches at Fremont. 

Outside of wrestling Jason loves playing football on the West Haven Grizzlies football team, he likes playing basketball with his friends, he loves camping and has a motorcycle he loves to ride. He also loves video games and playing on his phone. 

Jason is a very hard worker he practices 4 times a week and has really come along ways thanks to the sport. Overall he is a really great kid does really well at school and is liked by all his teachers and classmates and coaches!
