Cole Eldredge has been named wrestleutah.com "Athlete of the Week" for March 4th, 2015.

Each week, wrestleutah.com will select two "Athletes of the Week." One for the PreK-9th grade age groups, and one for the high  school  and above  age group  which will include high  school , college, coaches and teams. The selection committee will consider and choose from nominees based upon performance within wrestling that week.

Cole is 10 years old and in the 4th grade.  He lives in Lehi and wrestles for Westlake Thunder Wrestling Club.  He has wrestled since he was four years old.  He is a 2x Superstate Champion and placed 3rd this year.  As a fourth grader, he wrestled on Riverton’s Junior High team and went 5-1 at the Delta Duals this year. Cole never complains about going to practice and enjoys the time spent there with his Dad.  When he isn’t wrestling a match, he is coaching and cheering on others.  He loves all sports, including football and baseball.  He is rarely without a football in his hands.   He loves watching sports on TV just as much as playing them.

Cole is a great brother to his five sisters and two brothers.  He is very loving and caring and always lets his family knows he loves them, especially Mom.  He is a great student and loves school.  He really excels at math and has organized an ongoing game of football every day at recess.

It is fun to watch him wrestle and play other sports because of his passion and excitement.  He shows that in everything he does.  He is the first one to get up in church or school and give a talk or sing with all his heart.
