Fremont High School

Dallin Denton has been named wrestleutah.com " High School Athlete of the Week" for January 28th, 2015. 

Each week, wrestleutah.com will select two "Athletes of the Week." One for the PreK-9th grade age groups, and one for the high  school  and above  age group  which will include high  school , college, coaches and teams. The selection committee will consider and choose from nominees based upon performance within wrestling that week.

 Dallin is a senior at Fremont High School. He currently has a GPA of 3.95 and scored a 32 on the ACT test. After high school, he plans to serve an LDS mission then attend Utah State University where he was recently awarded the “Presidential Scholarship”. He would like to get a degree in engineering.

 He was last years 5A, 120 pound runner up, and has a current record of 36-4. He was voted the Outstanding Wrestler for the lower weights at the Bobcat Brawl and the 5A Duals this year. He has been on the Utah National Dual Team for the past 4 years. He is very passionate about wrestling. After college, he would like to coach at the high school level.

 When Dallin isn’t wrestling (which is rarely), he enjoys the outdoors, 4 wheeling, reading, watching movies and eating anything and everything.
